How many of us are amazed that a voice can be transferred over a long distance? No one… Because since we are born, talking on the telephone or mobile phone is very common. But there were times when people were very curious and didn’t believe it!
We all know that Graham Bell patented the first telephone in 1876 but original struggle on the experiment started from early 17th century.
Well… The Push Button Telephone or The dual tone multi-frequency was introduced on 18th November 1963 by the US.
A 170 Dram stamp from Armenia depicts the transition of the telephone. It shows the evolution of the telephone from Candlestick telephone to Rotary dial telephone to Push Button Telephone.
At some point, we all have tried the tin-can telephone or paper cups to transmit the voice from one end to another.
Sometimes it’s good to go back! Isn’t it?
And one more thing do you know why we always say Hello when we receive the phone call?
Keep wondering and continue with Hello!
