Transnistria, officially the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, is an unrecognized state that is recognized internationally as part of Moldova. A Transnistrian ruble was introduced in a country located in Eastern Europe. The ruble is the currency of the internationally unrecognized state of Transnistria. General Alexander Vasiliyevich Suvorov is a Prince of Italy. He was a Russian general in service of the Russian Empire.

The obverse depicts General Alexander Vassilyevich Suvorov. The reverse portrait shows the Kitskansk Bridgehead Memorial and Chitcani Monument. The banknote was issued in 2007.
